Audix MicroPod-6 M1245 Microphone with 6 inch Gooseneck
These goosenecks feature mini-XLR connectors to interface with the microphone, allowing for instantaneous exchanges to be made between any of th microphones in the Micros series. The other end of the gooseneck is a standard XLR-M connector, which can be utilized with any stardard XLR-F receptacle or microphone cable.
The M1245, which is part of the Micros series, is an extremely sensitive condenser microphone with broadcast sound quality and the ability to handle very high sound pressure levels Unlike other miniature condenser microphones typically integrated with podium/gooseneck stands, the M1245 has very high quality miniaturized preamp built right into the body of the microphone. The balanced circuit, in conjunction with the close proximity between the capsule and preamp, insures for very strong and stable audio signal while also minimizing the chance of distortion or RF interference.
