Superlux PRO-248 Dynamic Vocal Microphone
The Superlux PRO-248 is a traditional ball head dynamic vocal mic with good gain before feedback and a very reasonable price. Since it is a dynamic microphone it does not require phantom power. This makes it ideal if your mixer does not supply phantom power. It has the traditional sound of the better competitive ball head dynamic vocal mics such as the Shure Beta58. The PRO-248 has a rubber ring around the head to help absorb bangs, and a rubber ring around the upper portion of the body which makes it very nice to handle. If you are looking for a mic with the traditional vocal sound such as you would expect to get from a Shure Beta58 but at a more reasonable price, you have found what you are looking for. Each PRO-248C microphone comes with a stand adapter, light duty 6 meter (20 foot) XL to XL microphone cable (foil shield), and hard shell case.
