We have access to an incredible number of products, far beyond the reach of what is listed on our website. So if you’re after something chances are we can get it to you quickly and for a competitive price!

How long will my item take to arrive?

Postage largely depends on your location and the warehouse in which the goods are located. Most items take 1-3 business days to arrive by mail once your order has been processed (which normally happens on the same day). If you are living in a rural area postage can take longer. While we do our best to keep track of what is in stock at the warehouse, sometimes an item will be out of stock, in which case we will contact you promptly.

Will you send my item to a PO Box?

Most items are sent via courier services which require a physical address, but for some smaller items we use Australia Post ‘Click And Send’ which can be sent to a PO Box. For information on specific items please call us on (08) 8183 9000 or email us at sales@electricroom.com.au.

Can I pick up my order in person?

While some stock is kept at our physical address, most of our stock is kept in warehouses spread throughout Australia, allowing faster shipping times and greater availability of stock. This means that for many items postage times still apply for a in person pickup. Please call us on (08) 8183 9000 if you would like to arrange a pick up in person.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please call us on (08) 8183 9000 and we will have this replaced as soon as possible.

What if the courier returns my package to you?

If an order is returned we will contact you as soon as possible. If the return is a because of an incomplete or incorrect address submitted by you, we will need to charge you for the postage costs before resending.

What if my item fails during the warranty period?

Normally the manufacturer handles warranty replacements. Please contact us either by phone at (08) 8183 9000 or email us at sales@electricroom.com.au and we will direct you to the correct service in order to have your item looked at as soon as possible.
