Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to The Electric Room within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. Dead on arrival items will be eligible for a full refund or an instant replacement providing this is reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Goods that are not faulty can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of receipt (excluding Headphones). To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Goods that have been opened will incur a re-stocking fee depending on their condition.
The Electric Room will not cover the freight charges for returned goods unless we have accidentally sent the wrong item(s). We are flexible and value your business. If you intend on returning you goods for reasons other than Warranty claims, please contact us first by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
